Hanna has 15 years of experience in the financial market, including supervision, risk management and regulatory frameworks. She has extensive knowledge of the interpretation and practical application of EU regulatory requirements, and her supervisory experience covers a broad range of European Central Bank–driven activities. Hanna is strong in combining deep supervisory expertise with practical industry experience.

Her most recent position was a Senior Supervisor at the Finnish Supervisory Authority, where she has been responsible for the supervision of both significant and less significant institutions and has worked closely with the European Central Bank being part of the Joint Supervisory team.  Hanna has worked on core prudential topics, including credit risk, internal capital adequacy assessment processes, capital planning, stress testing, ESG and risks related to business model & profitability. Her project experience includes onsite inspection, participation in the EBA 2025 stress test, and responsible for certain risk areas in Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process (SREP) assessment. Before entering banking supervision, Hanna worked many years in the financial sector working in regulatory reporting and analyst position.
